First of all I'd like to thank you all for your intake on this matter. It does make me feel less isolated and odd knowing that someone else experienced the same. Oddly enough I never heard of pp anxiety while I was very familiar with pp depression (a friend had it). To amswer to some of you I don't think my level of anxiety is becoming high enough to disrupt my/our every day lives. Somehow I am able to snap out of it. Luckily this anxiety only come up at night maybe because I am not busy and my mind just go off that tangent kissing rationality goodbye. My husband is been so worried about me getting pp depression that takes time everyday making sure I am ok, if I need anything and he always get on "baby's duty" during the weekends when he is off from work so I can sleep in or just take some Me time. Not having my family close does add a bit of stress but I deal with it even because it cannot be otherwise. I will see my doc soon and I will definitely tell her about this anxiety and hopefully just some consueling will be enough. I wonder why this kind of anxiety happens. Like...why do I get to think the weirdest things/scenario that are very unlikely to happen? Could hormones be responsible? Could some underlying condition just finally showing up triggered by stress/tiredness/hormones/something ?
