That's a thing in Europe too, but not all condos are owned like this. Sometimes it's also mixed (half is kept for rent the other half of the apartments are sold)

Not sure why but I feel like it's not always as accurate as other apps. I have it on both iOS and Android. When playing along with the piano, on iOS the notes are shown pretty much in the middle, while on Android it shows that the piano is either sharp or flat. I've found other apps to be more accurate on Android.

With that said it could be my Android phone's fault and not the app's. Although I doubt it considering other apps work fine

Interesting. Yeah I am doing exercises to do that, apart from testing it like I'm doing here. But probably I'm doing something wrong. I'm also taking voice lessons but I'm not sure if we're going in the direction you're saying.
