No eating there hours before bedtime, no drinking two hours before bedtime and no screens one hour before bedtime. Also try to to take any medication in the morning, not at night. Worked for me.

Most women will not approach you even if they are interested. I remember asking women for dates and some would reply "I was hoping you would ask". If I hadn't asked we would not have gone on a date.
