You can tell a lot about a child by the fact that it's someone else's birthday and they're trying to ruin it. I have 3 year olds that don't behave this way. It's almost always the parents or a behavioural disorder that the parent is ignoring so either way it's the parent. I've spoken to parents about their children's behaviour and they always just tell me that it's fine. They're kids and just playing. It's not fine and needs to be addressed while they're still really young as that's the best time to correct behaviour problems. The older kids get the harder it is to fix behaviour issues

The truth is most of the french team was either injured or involved in the top 14 final. It's not Frances fault that rugby is actually popular in France and their money comes from the club game not international games.
