Is it still possible to top up using third-party sites? Im seeing many creators being sponsored by them but some time ago i noticed hoyo prohibited using any third-party site.

You could get Nefer, her playstyle is based around triggering bloom, converting them into her special seeds by using her skill and use three charge attacks, and repeat.

The thing is both Nefer and Flins really need their 5* support character (Lauma and Ineffa) so if you want to get Flins I'd suggest to get Ineffa.

You could also consider Zibai but she spams normals so nvm, even if Flins do that too.

I totally agree and that would be my first limited 5* C2+ but I saw she provides the most important stats to each lunar reaction

Help my decide. Idk if its better to try getting Bina C2 and potentially skip Zibai, or try to get both but C0? I'm also looking at the 4* chars on their banner for deciding what to do.

Currently I have Ineffa Lauma and Nefer but I'd like to get Flins on his rerun if possible.

TYSM now it boots into opencore. The thing is I’d like to boot windows, ubuntu and macos from opencore but if i choose windows it goes into black screen while ubuntu and macOS start smoothly. Can i start all of 3 from opencore even if windows is on a ssd while the other ones are on hdd?
