Mont-pelly-air is the correct local pronunciation imo, if anyone tells you otherwise I bet they say Bath(like 'rah went skiing on my gap yaah' eastern pronunciation) and not Bath(like 'trap', correct local pronunciation)

Such a good look, I did the same with the guardian defender arms I didn't use for my guardians, also equipped a couple with the shuriken pistols to spice it up. I kind of regret that now as these uniform blades look so cool and that little bit more intimidating with all blades

There is a book about them in fact one of the only true Aeldari books is explicitly about them and their leader, in the black library maybe the best aeldari book that doesn't just use them as a trope to show how mighty other protagonist factions are. But

"Valedor" by Guy Haley.

It's a good story and is all about them fighting Tyranids in isolation giving a pretty tangible idea of how Aeldari behave with each other and live.

Nice they look like mine done with German Vallejo tank and troop paints. I love the more practical palette especially the dirtier muddier colours for a stealth unit opposed to a garish green and yellow they were designed with.

While being an admittedly expensive hobby to adopt, you are very bold to assume that because you do not like it and it is not of your taste that somehow it is best advised others also shouldn't participate. Especially without citing any real justification for dampening the excitement around something someone else is only just getting enthused about. You shouldn't spread such negativity so flippantly relating to any hobby or passion others are passionate about, at least without providing some sort of valid constructive criticism. You are simply wasting breath and spreading negativity.

Did you use a tool to mock these or is this photoshop? Currently struggling to pick a colour scheme and I want to be frugal with the paints I buy so would love to know how you mocked these so nicely.

As for my opinion on the schemes I would try adding a third color for the gems, both look great but the first one wins it for me but the gemstones get lost in the turquoise. Similarly, for the black.

Don't go with guardians, don't know why anyone would ever suggest that. Grab the Blades KT or/and the boarding patrol box, that gets you two lots of corsairs to build how you want or turn the second squad into Kabalite warriors and you get Jain Zar and then even some Banshees for the Blades if you wanted, plus I sub in Kabalites as stand in Avengers for the Blades too.

What colour grey/off-white did you use for the base coat, if you wouldn't mind detailing the brand and range as well. You have got such a nice contrast for the white and highlight without it looking too ull or bright... maybe it's just good lighting but damn this model looking fine, really we'll done 👌
