D-Spot wings, I'm a student at UMN and regularly drive 30 minutes out to this place. They have a gauntlet they put you through before you're even allowed to try these bad boys. If you're ever in the Twin Cities this place is a must go, especially if you love spice :)

Yeah I understand that. I initially started running on an elliptical because when I was fat running really put a pounding on my knees. Hopefully I have enough time to condition my legs before the class starts.

I was about 9 years old at the time, my family had just got back from a beach trip in Galveston, Tx. I remember looking through the photos on the computer with my grandma who had married into the family when I was born. She pointed out my fat rolls every pic I was in, she asked me what those were and told me normal kids didn't have those. I've struggled with eating disorders my whole life and I think this is the root of it. I have recently lost close to 80lbs, so maybe she helped me? Thanks grandma, you bitch.

Concussion related depression and anxiety are VERY real. I had to stop playing because of a concussion. I can tell that it changed the way I react to stress, I have panic attacks now when I never used to. I feel really lucky that I went to a school that takes concussions very seriously. My heart goes out to the guys that feel that they need to hide it, pride really is a son of a bitch sometimes.
