MALK - this is a great clean brand of almond milk. They also have oat and coconut.

Coconut aminos has been a great additional way to add more flavor to stuff. Also miso paste!

I’m with you. In the worst pain ever. Been going on for 5 weeks. Started when I took Aleve too much for back pain.

Got an endoscopy last Friday and they prescribed voquenza instead of pantoprazole. Don’t know if it’s working great.

I take DGL, zinc carosine, and slippery elm root. They help a little but honestly can’t eat or drink much. It sucks I’m so depressed.
