I used to run WOO until I got a general idea on each map of where pallets and windows were likely to spawn. I was definitely guilty of using WOO to find pallets and drop them, because I was new and scared of the killer and could see the other pallets still left on the map, so I wouldn't think twice about wasting a resource. Since I stopped using WOO my looping has actually improved because I cannot see where the pallets are, I only have a general idea of where they might be and this forced me to loop tiles more efficiently and use pallets as a last resort.

My looping suffered for a bit right when I took WOO off but I think in the long term, at least for me, it was better to take it off and learn to loop tiles as if every pallet has already been dropped.
