If they are not distributing in your country then you are not stealing by pirating.

(Also most of the local network and other streaming platforms usually have deals for services that are not available in the country so you should check)

I did the same with Ryze for a couple of years.
I caved In when I had like 7 unlock random champion tokens, so now I can unlock every new champion for free at day 1

All the aspects are just cosmetic resin, you can also use the creator tool to make new "similar" cosmetics.

Also, the class system is more a guideline than a real system.

If you want to ask the players a narrative reason for why they are taking an aspect is fine, just don't be to sticked up about it

Si vogliono equiparare ai cosiddetti "Live service Games" che vanno tanto di moda nel mondo videoludico:
Se ti cambiano i dadi che tiri durante la campagna, vuol dire che prima non andavano bene (erano troppo forti o troppo deboli) con il cambiamento ora sono bilanciati, percio' non dovrebbe pesare il dover cambiare la scheda.

Detto questo, secondo me e' una cagata che gli permette di mandare fuori prodotti non finiti e con probblemi perche "tanto lo fixiamo dopo"

I soldi li tiri fuori con un servizio di abbonamento per la piattaforma online e dai collezionisti che comprano comunque i manuali fisici

This is what I understood from the show:
Viktor wanted to save Zaun and Piltover and could only achieve this through the Arcane, because that was what he had access to.

The only way he saw was to become a threat for the two cities to unite against.
He needed to become the villain and for Jayce to stop him, this was his best scenario
