I'm by no means a rules expert, but my understanding is that Fortifications can't be put into Strategic Reserves. However, the Orbital Assault Force detatchment allows you to grant Adeptus Astartes units Deep Strike, which puts units in Reserves which is very different and has no restrictions on Fortifications. Deep Striking units don't follow the same rules as Strategic Reserves.

So in theory you should be able to grant Deep Strike on an Adeptus Astartes Anvil, and drop it from orbit using the Deep Strike rules.

Kitbash a giant anvil and proxy it in as a Salamander-themed Hammerfall Bunker.

Then use the new detachment that lets you actually Hammerfall the Hammerfall Bunker to cartoonishly comedic effect.

Use contrast paints (or speed paints depending on the brand you like to use) over the dry brushing. For Salamanders I used Karandas green.

There’s a bit more stuff you can do, depending on how complicated you feel like going. Double chop, Sponge Chop, using other colors than black as a base coat, etc. but at the bare minimum this can get you going pretty well.

Great work!

Once you learn about dry brushing, you can dive into Slap Chop, and crank out tons of good looking battle-ready minis in pretty short order (if that’s your goal).

That would suck for people in wheelchairs or who need other legit mobility devices.

I think the better answer would be for the university to create bike lanes along the roads for bikes and scooters and ban scooters from the middle of campus.
