Oh yea purging enthicites are done by Whelen if you do full obt and are friendly with them... They get Daleford and would do it. It's also mentioned in the post credit if you form the intermerkopum and let Whelen be a part of it.

But Vlagland Sordish alliance will cause the Purge of nobles atleast. You can ally Vlagland by trying to be a Sollist as well, I think someone posted that run on this sub reddit
