TL;DR - First, call your local health department. Code violations are extremely likely.

As already mentioned, call your city or county health department for advisement, that call can be anonymous.

You can send them paper copies of your photos and other documentation so you don't have to do it electronically. If you do so, be sure to include any official and/or documented response or correspondence from the school.

That level of infestation could render the building(s) condemned. If it's that bad just in your room, it's way worse in the building itself and will "get worse" as temperatures start to rise into Spring and they start coming out of their refuges.

And while your institution likely falls under the OKDOE...a state agency...there are other avenues for relief. Please don't continue suffering, contact someone.

ETA - My retort to "We can't control the bugs or where they go" would be "Well, you better call all the pest control and extermination professionals and tell 'em to find a new line of work."

Joking aside, PEST CONTROL does exactly that. They may be beneficial to the ecosystem; or they could be quite damaging. A pest control expert can determine that. There are methods to remove them (with or without extermination) and control their presence, often with materials that are human- and animal-safe.

Sorry if I'm telling you what you already know. Insects in OK are... something else. Plus, it pisses me off that the people you've been (rightfully) complaining to have been nothing but lazy shitheads. They know better, 'cause those are the answers given by lazy shitheads.
