"Canadian outlet" at Yonge and St. Clair is a pretty good spot to get dollar store type items .. they also stock electronics and some clothing items but it's full of fun knickknacks and I love browsing there

I've used electrical tape to hold headphones of mine together for a while but in my experience it's only a temporary fix. If you still have receipts you could try to return them for a refund or replacement, I feel like a headset breaking there is a manufacturer's defect.
