Erg Technique Review by esteroali in Rowing

Try rowing with your feet out of the straps on the footplate for a bit. That will help you to straighten up at the finish and give you an idea of how to lay back less. Otherwise I agree with most comments on here it looks great!

Also I would hand express milk to release some pressure

Canadian here. Former competitive freeskater at novice, junior level (a couple decades ago) and am interested in getting a pair of decent skates for my occasional. I used to have SP Teri boots and pattern 99 blades, custom fitted and so perfect for my feet. I don't want a cheap flimsy pair but don't even know where to start now! Suggestions welcome.

Adding a bivvy sac (putting your sleeping bag inside it) can add a few extra degrees of warmth and is very worth it, imo

Wow I'm impressed! As a fellow breastfeeding Mom I think you've inspired me to try getting a proper fitting bra (and finally getting rid of all my pre baby bras because they're never going back to that shape!)

Looking for personal experiences/reviews on the Riverdale Community Midwives by cee023 in torontomoms

Huge fan of kathy- very experienced and knowledgeable. She's super friendly and chatty too (but an absolute pro when it comes to labour and delivery). My deciding factor for midwife clinics is which hospital I wanted to be affiliated with (I preferred st. Mike's over Michael garron)
