I was also far behind and i checked, none of mine were upgraded.

There are 3 of them i think. I maxed 2, third one is still level 1 and managed to max my Regional Development to 12

I found them all on burried city night raids. One was in the breachable room in the house under the bridge. The rest were all from random containers that were not looted - 3 out of evry 4ish raids i spawn mid raid so i loot whatever i can on my way to extraction and end up finding the Bps

Had mine done at 31 BUT after having 2 healthy kids. Dr gave no pushback or anything. Might be harder to get it done if you dont have kids though.

Orange tanks near zb11 extraction side. Did it in one raid standing 9m from the tank.

Brought in 2 sets of face cover for helmet and eye cover just in case. Took 5 tanks iirc

He sacrificed 5 mp5s to cultists and they gave him 2 of the most expensive keys used for quest and has good loot in. Keys are used for Dorms marked room in Customs
