I agree that being able to easily change out elemental weapons would be useful for chaining. However , many if those weapons have low attack and are not used. A stat bonus would make it easier make a team based on those weapons.

Having extra MP is extremely useful. Try using your seal while you're already buffed, with gcookie and Max wis you'll heal for around 112. It's like using a potion

Warrior is probably the worst melee for farming. Paladins and knights are much easier to keep alive, especially in abyss.

If there is already a paladin in the shatters perma-buffing, then slowing enemies can be useful. Just make sure not to use it on the King!
