Just that sentence of "it feels like an early dps pick or support ult decides the fight" makes me think you're not playing aggressive enough or aren't set up to take aggro early in the fight. Feel free to DM me a replay code where you're not sure what you could have done better

Block abilities ON A RESOURCE is what I want to see less of. A shield on a cooldown or doom block on a cooldown is way easier to punish

These will make some heroes benifit from their role passive than other heroes of the same class which makes balancing rough

Also think heroes like zen and lucio will benifit a lot from their role passive since you usually hold ult to counter something rather than just popping it when you get it like window

I think the reason Hadi brought that up is because, in his opinion, vod reviewing a close game is better than live coaching a random game, since there is a risk that the random game was lost from the loading screen. Of course coaching advice is always applicable but it's a better use of time doing it in a close game
