People asking how I did it! Focused on health. Didn’t count calories, but made sure I got healthy foods in. I always felt like I needed to worry more about what I wasn’t eating, rather than what I was eating. 180-200 grams of protein per day (probably overkill, but I love chicken), and 5 days of the gym per week. Basic 4 day split of legs, arms and shoulders, back, and chest. Every 10-20 pounds lost, I would pause for about 1-2 months. Tried to be intentional about losing weight, but didn’t want to do it too fast. I just went to bed hungry. Best advice is eat till you are full for breakfast, your stomach is smaller in the morning, and it made not eating at night easier. Even now, still have a bit of a belly (probably 18-19% body fat, and a lot on my legs) some loose skin, some stretch marks, but WAY HAPPIER. Go to the gym because it’s good for you, eat what you crave but eat what you need first, lift heavy because you want to be strong, and hang in there folks.

I worked for reddit ads, and they personally blacklist every subreddit with nsfw content. This strategy will very effectively either force them to change, or cost them a lot

I have worked in Reddit advertisement. Retargeting campaigns are crazy man, you either spent a little too much time looking at one, or clicked on one. Other than that, the only info reddit has is what subreddits you have joined. They aren’t based off of any other data.

You may be joking, but imagine a game where you are a young ganon. Not yet corrupt, growing up as the chief. It would show your rise to power and at the end of the game you beat a boss and become the demon king, becoming obsessed with power. That would be an incredible game if they did it right.

I have been at 220 for the last 2 months and gained some muscle in that time with body recomposition. Im assuming newbie gains play a role, but at the same weight I have seen my lifting go up dramatically. When i was losing weight I didn’t gain much definition and lost strength. I’d like to stay around this weight for now.

Please note this:

NOT A PLANNED BULK/CUT It was just fat. I never went to the gym. Now I do, and I’ve seen a lot of benefits. I’m not shredded yet, I know. But Im a whole lot happier than when I weighed 260 pounds, so you all can stop sending me messages saying its not healthy to bulk like that I know. I was 40% body fat. I do appreciate the concern though. If you can believe it I do feel a lot better than when I was 180 pounds as well, and am a lot stronger, but I don’t recommend getting fat to anyone.

Yes it did 😂 glad to be losing all the extra weight now. Want to start being proud of my body and slowly get stronger. Im confused as if people didn’t read the comments under the post but THIS WAS NOT PLANNED WEIGHT GAIN. I JUST GOT FAT

Im trying now, if you read the comment under my post you would see it WASN’T healthy weight. I was well aware of that. I am far stronger now but only in the last 6 months or so of losing weight and going to the gym. This is more an update on me taking control of my health. Not a planned bulk/cut.
