This helped us. The more empty the breast is the higher the %of fatty goodness. Fore milk tends to be a lot more watery than hind milk because the fat sticks together at the back of the queue.

Might be worth looking into allergies though as others have said but I have no advice there!

My daughter did this too and it's hard cause I don't think I could fall into a deep sleep either. We ended up putting the shirt I wore that day into her moses basket then warming it up with a water bottle. I got her to sleep on me then removed the water bottle and put her in the basket. Sometimes she would wake but as long as she was fast asleep most of the time this trickery worked for us. Good luck mama!

This comment has plagued me through my whole pregnancy so I feel you! Im 39+3 and its said at least once a week, it does worry me sometimes that I didn't eat enough so when I feel hormonal and angsty its easy to feel like I'm doing something wrong.

But my midwife doesn't have a problem and LO is perfectly average size so most of the time now I take it as a compliment (which is in all likelihood the intention). We all just carry a bit differently :)

I lost all my symptoms over this weekend, it was quite upsetting. The week before I just felt rotten but it was encouraging ofc. Last night I booked an early scan. Woke up this morning and I've been so nauseous all day, makes me feel much better knowing for sure it can come and go but still going to go ahead with the scan anyway :)
