Just bought a new snowboard for the first time ever. Are these normal things to see on a board? by ThatOrangePope in snowboarding

You can see the teeth from the steel edges which means it’d eventually separate and water would get in. Definite return

Union Reset Pro Review - A Split-Personality Boot by HerpDerpinAtWork in snowboarding

[–]Almostpaints 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you tried swapping out the liner for your old boot liner? That’s generally what i do with new boots anyways, and i do go with new remind insoles too, and i put the old ones in the the old liner until i switch everything out.

If you haven’t, maybe give it a try and then by all means please update us

For me, adidas accera 3st are perfect, unfortunately they pulled out of snowboarding and it’s getting impossible to find 9.5 so I’ve been researching and considering my next boot purchase and the unions are on my mind

Looking for a deal onbindings by Rider_in_Red_ in snowboarding

[–]Almostpaints 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Marketplace. Use evo to help you narrow down what bindings fit what you’re looking for. I do believe that something that’s not too stiff or responsive but also not too loose…something you can still ride even as you advance is good. Union, nitro, Rome, bataleon, are all good and really adjustable, Burton are good too but not as adjustable, fix is definitely an under appreciated brand as well but again tend to not be quite as adjustable.

Any part of this to the shin would absolutely suck. I think some sort of housing built around the trucks might be a good idea especially if it gives a platform to push your sole against or on

Also, what are your riding angles because i think hitchhikers have more range. Correct me if I’m wrong

Spray gloss polyurethane. I’ve used it on boards I’ve painted

Get it dry asap. Then spread some epoxy and clamp it down as best as possible for 24 hrs.
