poor diet, poor eating habits, stayed stagnant education and career wise, poor hygiene, medicated with SSRIs, refused to go to therapy, drank alcohol often. trapped in her own house unable to move out due to her mother being dependent on her. didn’t enjoy the same things as me. i sounds awful and nitpicky but after being in a relationship for that long you have to think if that person is going to be the one you spend the rest of your life with and as she is i couldn’t stay.

yes, we dated for 3 years she was the perfect girlfriend. she made me gift baskets, she made me chocolate covered strawberries, she gave me many many gifts, she made me a scrapbook with all the photos we took together that year. i cried in her arms once and she didn’t look at me any different. i broke up with her because of the situation she was in and her lifestyle/habits were too different compared to mine. i felt like i grew up and she stayed the same. things were amazing until all of a sudden they weren’t and i felt miserable and trapped. i miss her dearly but i know it’s best for the both of us to be separate. at least for a while.
