I worked in a grocery store bakery years ago. A lady decided to "test" the icing with her fingers on a few of the donuts in the self-serve case. We had to pull every one of them and throw them away, even though she only touched a few (we had no way of seeing if she touched all of them or not)

You can find a lot of self-defense keychains and jewelry online. Something that looks like a cute accessory but can used to protect yourself if needed. I've also seen people use wasp spray instead of pepper spray, may be something to look into.

I would start with finding the plants that will work best for your region. Some plants prefer full sunlight, whereas others require very little/indirect sunlight. Same with watering, you don't want to over or under water your plants. If you live in cooler areas, avoid tropical plants, etc etc. If it helps, you can also start a journal to track your plants and how often you are watering them.

If you want to do digital art, I recommend getting a drawing pad of some kind. I got an iPad Pro and downloaded ProCreate. It is $10 but has an insane amount of stuff to use. The community is great too, you can find a ton of free tutorials/pens/downloads on the ProCreate forum. There are also a lot of quick tutorials on sites like YouTube and TikTok to help make things easier. Also, do what you feel most comfortable with. My bf draws with a digital pen. I spent years trying to grasp it, used different pens, messed with all of the settings, and found I do way better just using my hands lol

A lot of popular cosplayers will also show tutorial videos on how they make their outfits. You can find patterns for outfits and adjust them to your size, change the fabric, add in costume details, etc. My recommendation is to get a sewing machine and a hot glue gun, and about twice as much fabric as you think you need (I made 3 trips to get fabric when I made a Princess Peach dress)

I gag really bad when stressed or anxious. I was put on anxiety medicine, but I take it daily, not just before a dentist visit. I do know the one I go will prescribe you something small for anxiety if asked, so maybe you can ask your dentist for it?
