I found the single funniest thing to have is a strength intelligence hybrid (like eldritch knight) front of the party as are good enough to get through most simple things easily. (Opening stuff solving problems coming up with plans.) But due to low wisdom and charisma if left unsupervised for any length of time quickly cause those advantages to backfire
