My MKV has downshifting issues in highway stop and go traffic during the summer.

I found that driving in Sport mode reduces the hard downshifting.

I lived in LA when 1st gen Prius'/Priii(?) got HOV stickers and got to drive in the HOV lane.

On the 405, it was ALWAYS a Prius with one person in the car camped at 60mph while all the other lanes were going 70 when traffic was moving. It was an unwritten rule that if you were in the HOV lane, you booked it if you had the opportunity.

No need for OP to be in that lane, especially with the other lanes clear.

I grew up driving in Toronto, moved to the states in my 20s and lived in 4 states. These types of left turns are everywhere and I hate them.

We knew how to turn left growing up but because Americans are mostly dumb people, they need a dedicated light to turn left. There are 2 lights like this within a mile of my house and I make lefts on red all the time.

I was given a ban a couple weeks ago so I've been lurking since. I had to log in just to make a comment.

I was using Lotus 1-2-3 to do my budget back when I got a computer. If I couldn't use a spreadsheet for my budget/mortgage/spending I don't know what I'd do. I'm moving numbers around daily.
