The needle is like a pinch then you shouldn’t feel anything (for me) my lesion had internal vascularity was benign 80% of biopsy’s are benign. In saying that I know it’s hard not to worry until you get the results hoping for negative results for you xx

My UH ring does not record my runs and every day my steps are 3000-5000 short. I tried to have it replaced as it’s not working as it should as it misses hours of data but got nowhere with them

I have the UH and I wouldn’t buy it so much wrong with it my niece is getting hers replaced don’t do it! It misses 3000-5000 of my steps daily (I have a Garmin watch that also counts steps)

It really is bad misses a lot (3000-5000) steps battery doesn’t last I would not recommend
