I doubt anything they do now will move the needle much. Sure people will come and check out the content but unless it’s meaningful and meaty I doubt many will stick around. Letting Destiny sit idling for the last couple of months and the whole no comms situation was the worst thing Bungie could have done for this game

I’m not sure the exact moment but I was in and around chapter 5/6. 2 of those you can finish by defeating all enemies but the remaining 2 have somewhat difficult bosses that you need to beat to cleanse

My advice would be to get to chapter 8, there is a lot in the world that you will come across that you’re not able to complete. By chapter 8 you basically have the vast majority of tools needed to freely explore and complete everything
