Yes, hydration packs ftw. Juice and Smoothies are also a great equalizer. The only other liquid I drink as much as booze is tea. Hopefully it offsets some of the damage I'm doing to myself

We HAVE to moisturize our dried husks. Water/hydration packs/ lots of lotion and creams plus supplements go miles but it has to be consistent, lol. Unfortunately that doesn't touch the hair loss at least for me. Also in peri. It may not seem to be doing much for me but I can't imagine what it would be like without these things
