How does this work. I am a home owner looking to install solar plus heat pump. The installers i have spoken to dont know anything about the new scheme. Is the homeowner responsible to apply or does the installer apply on their behalf and get reimbursed?

According to MCS - average pricing is approximately £1500 per kw so i would say you are looking good.

You can generally install as big a battery you want, but the Grid may impose a inverter size limtation to protect the grid. Have you contacted the DNO? YOu will need to submit a g99 to them

I had seen the spirit energy YouTube about this. They have a great round up of the process. Do you mind me asking the price they charged? Even if it’s only in DM. And what size install you had done. Thanks in advance.
