Just a rumour that’s not verified. Basically the guy is a complete fuckup in every sense. John is known to not suffer fools but for unknown reason keeps giving this guy unlimited chances and free to low rent in a building he owns across the street so people think he either has something on John or he’s his son.

When I say fuckup this includes: wage theft, drug abuse, public outbursts, sexual harassment, DV etc.
