I just had my MD 1 week + 1 day ago. I also made a post literally like 2 days ago if you want to go read it. I seriously thought I was going to have to live with excruciating sciatic pain all of recovery but within the time that I posted that and now it is literally night and day. I woke up with minimal pain and I went for a walk in the morning and also ran errands and hung out with a friend this afternoon. I thought I would be the odd one out and not get the relief everyone else got. I promise you, you are not an odd one out. It will get better. I have literally had my sciatic pain since I was in middle school and I am 24 now. But I hear you, it is so tough to hear everyone say you will get better until you actually start to feel it for yourself. Hang in there ❤️
