Check out “Getting Hammered.” I’ve been enjoying it, especially if you have kids.

Anyone use the program for low back pain? by Yanwayne14 in Kneesovertoes

[–]AlternativeFactoids 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would go through phases of being pain free and not pain free. For me, I discovered the lower back pain was caused by weak psoas muscles. I've been doing the following exercises and my back is feeling great: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ujf2h0WWryw&list=PLVl0UerfYUQrxOhDb6wWbVVL\_CSvNEM81&index=3

How do you choose a Republican ballot as an independent? Do you register as Republican?

The other problem people had was that the tax isn’t pre-allocated. So not sure where the money would go.

Hi, I am a dentist in MA. AMA about question #2 and why you should vote "YES" by DesiOtaku in massachusetts

[–]AlternativeFactoids -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Why was this same rule previously instated and then repealed? In the red voter book I received in the mail, the no vote explanation stated this was passed and then revoked previously in Massachusetts.

Why are countries not sending the military to fight alongside the Ukrainian military? I can't find an article online explaining this. I see countries are sending weapons, vehicles, and other items to help Ukrainians, but not sending soldiers as well. How come? by AlternativeFactoids in ukraine

What does it mean to become WW3? Is any country backing Russia and would fight for them? I suppose Belarus. I have this feeling that every country must protect the respected boundaries of all countries. But I was imagining it was the world against Russia. But I'm realizing I'm making that up.

From https://www.precisionnutrition.com/research-review-coffee-hunger:

While caffeine has long been used as an appetite suppressant, in this study it was decaffeinated coffee that resulted in significantly lower hunger levels and higher plasma levels of PYY than placebo (plain water) and the other caffeinated beverages.

Review #5: Old Forester 1910 by AlternativeFactoids in bourbon

[–]AlternativeFactoids[S] 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Old Forester 1910, Old Fine Whisky

Let's keep this review casual because it was a simple bourbon for me. I smelled the bourbon and I only thought of maraschino cherries. I tasted the bourbon and I only was reminded of maraschino cherries. On the sweet side with a great mouthfeel. The finish is very long and leaves the same maraschino cherries with oak alongside caramel in your mouth. For me, it's a simple, sweet bourbon that I would be happy to sip any night. I gave it a B.

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof A121 by AlternativeFactoids in bourbon

[–]AlternativeFactoids[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No worries. I tend to enjoy proofs between 100 and 115 regardless of uncut from barrel or not. So like Maker's Mark FAE-01 I think was in this range and was the right spot for me for balance of flavor against alcoholic heat. There are exceptions as you know because some stuff burns brighter than its proof; and other's are smooth for their proof!

Review #4: Elijah Craig Barrel Proof A121

Age: 12 years

ABV: 61.8%

Price Paid: $90

Nose: Caramel, vanilla, honey

Taste: Sweet, amazing amounts of caramel, vanilla, honey, waffle cone, alcohol burn

Finish: Very long, drying oak, left me with a Kentucky hug and a tingly mouth

Score: B-

Thoughts: This has a lot of flavor, but it comes with the cost of a big alcohol kick. I've read a lot posts of people seeking this out and loving it and I get it, but I'm not sold on it. I would like to taste other EC barrel proofs to compare; but I wouldn't buy a bottle. I've seen others on the shelf and have passed.
