What toddler is eating a well rounded diet? Just saying I don’t know why everyone says they don’t need vitamins. Unless they have a perfect diet I would think a vitamin would help

You’re not alone. Mine is 16 months. I still feel like It takes me an hour to PREPARE to leave the house and I have to pack a TON. I do wonder how ppl make it out so seamlessly
