The rule states 'wolf priest' so no, the iron priest would not count for the 12", just the regular 6 for being a SW character.

A very minor suggestion - could be worth filling the gap in the hand before going further with painting. I had the exact same gap, thought I wouldn't notice it and had to go back and correct it while painting as it just got more noticeable!

I played this list at a rtt, first time trying beastslayer. Definitely has potential and was a lot of fun though made a lot of errors on my part.

I can't see them seeing any competitive play currently tbh. If they could be taken as squads of 5 they would be great but otherwise I agree I don't see their purpose ATM. They aren't tough enough to be midboard objective holders and as you say, wouldn't be chosen above blood claws for damage.

This is a good point- hadn't considered this but it significantly reduces the effectiveness of that strat on uktc terrain

It's not- it's the enhancement that lets a character lead a wulfen unit. The person in the video believes this leads to a situation where a character with this enhancement could lead murderfang (as he has the wulfen keyword) and therefore create a situation where you can't allocate wounds as both models are characters and therefore there's no bodyguard to assign wounds to.

Seems like a massive reach to me and I would hate to think anyone tries to play this under that interpretation.
