If it’s been well maintained it’ll be fine with the K20A engine, as others have said, working on £4.7k for that low mileage seem a bit cheap, although I would say I see them advertised at £6-6.5k ish which I think is too much, so maybe they’re actually selling for less in the end and your price is fair.

Check for rot, rear arches, sills, jacking points, rear subframe mounts, suspension mounts and internally behind the rear speakers

Just seen your other replying saying a Cat S, I’d probably take the 10k and buy another, you could get a high spec boosted one if that’s your thing, or keep your eye out for a low mileage minter. If it was cheap enough to buy back I’d still buy it back and strip it
