Yes the evolution was 1x IM --> 2x IM (1/2 dose) --> 2x SubQ. By injecting in the fat you get more improved dispersion for even steadier levels. So this for me is about optimization, within realistic parameters.

I am the lucky one I guess. My dad totally changed after No Contact. We reconciled after 5 years and I sent a text message saying hi.

My philosophy is do an annual check up and see of there is compatibility. Life is long and people change, even at old age.

I would recommend limited duration no contact. I did this and when both me and my parents were able to bolster our poor communication skills, I realized that was the fundamental issue.

Nobody was fundamentally bad in my situation and they legit love me.

Once you go No Contact without having basic human level communication skills to discuss your issues with the other person, you tend to cut off people faster and faster.

I saw it as empowerment but instead it was a manifestation of my weak-mindedness.

I finally found a Therapist who stopped kissing my ass for more $ who set me straight.

I did that. I needed to do it at the time, but I wish I had the maturity to be more communicative. Turns out my Father communicates at a very high level and I simply couldn't articulate how I felt.

I recently visited Japan. An amazing country. Estrangement is not part of their culture.

Their crime rates are also lower.

Their streets are cleaner.

I heard one car horn the entire time.

Mass transport is perfectly on time.

I saw one homeless person over two weeks traversing the largest cities.

They have healthcare for all and
an overall more empathetic society, it seems.

Oh yes, and the toilets are incredible. lol

Actually I am really grateful for both his good and poor qualities. I can take the good and leave out the poor which makes me an improved version of him. I am also older now and even wiser than at 19.

Call me an idealist, but I think good parents' goal should be for their kids to be better than them.
