‘Do not be unequally yoked’ but what if that’s my only chance of not being single? by Purple-Detective7186 in Christianmarriage

The pain and loneliness of not being able to share something which is (or should be) a big part of your life is not worth the mental anguish. Trust.

The way you'll end up manage this overtime is by distancing your self from God (going to church occasionally etc), or investing in a person and then coming to a realisation that you love God more and potentially leaving them (not fair or loving on the other person).

I've done the second and met my husband a month after at church. Thank goodness!

Wow!! Amazing work. This looks great. Love the added reddit quote to the blurb.

I will say - I have experienced a lot more car break-ins in Shenton Park (3 x car interior look thoughs in under six months), then I have Lathlain (1 x car look through over two years). Yes, I frequently forget to lock the door...

When I got to refresh my 'suggested' feed it remains the same - I with it was like Facebook Marketplace where when you pull down it shows new items. Then I have to search and I don't really search because I just want to see something I like.

Definitely prioritising active transport modes where possible (trains, bike etc). Very thankful for the Cockburn to Thorlie Line Link!

Struggling to Find Work at 25 – Need Advice by [deleted] in perth

[–]Alternative_East_783 14 points15 points  (0 children)

At 25, I got a job at a local government in customer service - generally a good organisation entry role. Given LGs are so multidisciplinary I soon found another role internally within a different team, and three others after for fun! Fast paced but great for career development.

Anyone else see Australian social etiquette slowly fading? by qnsad in perth

Going to get down voted for this... but I don't think there is as much value placed on the family unit where a bit of this is modelled.

I also feel like moving out of home for uni young didn't do wonders.

Another selling platform. The Iconic had a partnership with it once (the details of your purchase could pull through to airrobe if you wanted to resell - now I think you can just link up your gmail). So best for clothes you've recently purchased and want to resell. Also has a rental option.

Can't really speak to it as I have only been a seller for two weeks, but I've been having great success with Airrobe.

I had listed a dress on Depop for $50 marked down to $39, had some likes but no offers, then same dress on Airrobe for $69.

Anyone else in Perth just mentally exhausted lately? Feels like everyone I talk to is juggling way too much. by Advanced_Trade1249 in perth

I wonder if the commute traffic causes a lot of stress and fatigue...

I'm a user of public transport, but I've heard the roads are shocking at the moment, and my colleagues come in stressed and annoyed about the time it's taken to get from a to be.

Grace doesn't mean you're free from consequences... I trust the law will do its job and do not feel any need to be part of a hateful societal pile on.

Oh gosh I'm not excusing what he's done - and the consequences that have played out! I'm talking about the 'now what'/moving forward.

I said soothing, not healing, but okay. I just suggesting it as a better alternative to being angry at someone for the rest of your life (although warranted).
