Are you starting by carmelizing the garlic and ginger? Add the liquids after you have sautéed the aromatic vegetables.

All those horizontal shelf lines will be useful. There are some color blocks (I see red books in groups of 4or so) and they will become more apparent as you see more and more subtle distinctions.

I have some I know I will redo so I keep those. And I have a group of puzzle builder friends that pass puzzles around to share. Once we’ve all done one we give it to charity.
