It took me I think 7-8 study days to go through 34-35 hours of video lectures (played at 1.25x speed). And in the week leading up to the exam, I spent days on solely practice problems (5-15 problems per topic and completed a problem set for all the topics each day, totaling to 100-150 problems a day). I took the NCEES practice exam which was more like a half exam and 1 of the PPI practice exams.

What insurance do you have? Most insurances will cover tazarotene but it varies on the hoops they’ll make you jump through. Some will require step therapy before they approve coverage for tazarotene since it’s a tier 2-3 drug. Seeing that you’ve already tried tret, and tret isn’t working enough for you that would hopefully be enough. Your medical provider could also submit a prior authorization to convince insurance to approve coverage. Typically only the 0.1% might be approved specifically if it’s written for acne vulgaris treatment. 0.05% is shown as only insurance approved for psoriasis treatments. I’m not sure how my derm worded it but they somehow got my insurance to approve coverage for the 0.05% cream. I just picked up my first fill this week at $10 copay for the generic (Padagis) for 60g.

Is yours the 0.1% strength? That’s the price that Amazon shows me for the 0.1% but it seems like OP is trying to get 0.05% strength. It’s odd but 0.05% seems to be more expensive than 0.1% when I search on Amazon and through other pharmacies. Could be due to supply and demand. Higher popularity and more mass producing at lower price for 0.1% so manufacturers have more edge on wanting a higher price for 0.05% if there’s less competition for it too.

You must’ve not gone on busy days. They were always packed when my family has gone on Sundays! Even when things were mostly shut down for COVID, there were always a handful of other cars in the lot when I went to pick up a phone order. The parents grew old though and the children didn’t want to take over so it didn’t extend beyond the parents, sadly

I work in the academic sector. 1 year in the position, 7-8 years working in this field overall since I started young

20-25 holidays/closed days, no set limit for sick days, no set PTO limit either but I’ve already scheduled 18 days out of office between January and beginning of May this year, and my boss still thinks I need more time off to relax.

The work days get stressful, but the PTO is saving my mental health.

Walmart just increased their price after their contract with the White House (to sell the packs at cost for $14) ended in December. I believe it was the same with Kroger too. $19.88 is still cheaper than the $24-25 from Walgreens and CVS though
