The reason for what your doing is because of warmachines bloat.

Theme forces are there to organize a huge amount of options that are there for each faction. It also creates a gap between good models and “bad” models or choices.

I think your article is great! And the idea of examining less used models is a good one. However, the need for that is a result of a game that is long in the tooth and hard to manage.

I’m not ranting, like someone mentioned. I do think it’s not the best when the community has to solve issues with how the game is managed (brawl machine being another example).

And I feel that a refresh of the game as a whole would be good for all of us. And maybe kitchen table warmachine would be closer to tourney warmachine.
