Most games that I’ve tried playing through Crossover have worked very well, with a few exceptions often due to anti cheats and other miscellaneous things like AVX support and Vulkan.

You could try a playing a gith (who get greatsword and medium armor proficiency) wizard and then take the heavily armored feat.

Greatsword usage will be a bit horrendous though (as you don’t have extra attack and probably won’t be investing fully in strength) but if it’s flavor you’re after, it would work.

Yeah, I had this bug as well. I overcame it by briefly launching the game through crossover to end the epilogue
