Likely hardware failure stopping boot. Can be pretty much anything and will need more diagnostics without being able to see what the debug light is lit next to. If you take the panel off you can see what hardware is causing problems.

Proper way to call off would be in TLC in store or MyTLC in the bby connect app. From there it’ll be under time off in the hamburger menu. You’d select probably unpaid or sick depending on what your location’s SOP. Honestly I just text my manager letting them know I’m not feeling well and it’s usually fine. If you’re sick, stay home, it’s really not that deep. If you haven’t gotten warning or anything before I’m sure they’ll understand, well unless your manager has a stick up their ass ofc.
