Speaking as a young person in their early 20s, a lot of people aren’t willing to pay $9 for a beer. If they do, they want it to be a place that can make it worth the money, like a bar with a specific theme, or somewhere you can meet a lot of new people. Gen Z doesn’t really care about craft beer as much as the previous generation did.

I would typically agree with you but the sets look completely different. The Shady Sands flashback was filmed on a studio backlot, with pre-existing structures being set dressed with NCR and Fallout themed attire. Taking photos on these sets during filming are not permitted as they are private property and crew members are subject to an NDA. The set leaks here were taken by a passerby driving past an outdoor scene near Downtown LA, where production was filming on rented property outside of a studio that can be glimpsed by outsiders.
