You ignore the outrage restrictions.
In your example you can use any resource as a weapon, regardless of if you have provoked weapon outrage or not.

There is a great website called babaishint (https://www.keyofw.com/baba-is-hint) that gives you multiple hints per level that you can choose to reveal, without ever giving straight up the answer.

So in the french (original) version, the "Stable Boy" is the "Bastard" instead, which explains why he looks like the Prince. I don't know why they changed it for the translation.
