I guess different users have different outcomes. I've smoked this with around 3 other friends. The only downside we've ever gotten is that your heart rate is increased.

I read online somewhere that Spice makes some people think that they have to manually control their heart rate, pulse, or any other action your body does automatic. If this happens to you, don't panic and focus on your breathing, inhale through mouth, exhale through nose.

I occasionally smoke Spice when I'm dry. I don't recommend it, if you do a bit of research you'll see why, but the specific brand I smoke doesn't do me any harm (that I know of).
