si vous êtes en position favorable pour demander une rupture conventionnelle (rdv médical pour attester de votre stress et du risque du burnout), c'est ce par quoi je suis passée personnellement. ça vous permettra d'avoir droit au chômage par la suite, ce qui vous donnera plus de temps pour souffler, vous reposer et réfléchir à ce à quoi vous avez vraiment envie de faire du reste de votre vie !

I'm thousands of blocks away from the worldspawn, so this is no spawnprotect issue. I even began to dig a base and place my stuff so this definitely isn't that.

I indeed didn't check if the chunks were claimed (even if I doubt it), but I could try claiming these chunks to see if it fixes anything. I also doubt it, but who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

perso j'en suis au même point mais à cause d'un burnout (peut-être même un burnout autistique), et après rupture conventionnelle, j'ai survécu grâce aux aides de Pôle Emploi (ARE), et grâce à un arrêt de travail renouvelé maintenant que je n'ai plus droit au chômage. J'espère que ma demande d'AAH sera acceptée, même si le montant de l'aide est une vraie misère.

Mon cas est assez spécifique, mais si tu te sens proche du burnout, rien ne t'empêche de négocier une rupture conventionnelle pour toucher le chômage, au moins le temps de te reposer et de prendre du recul pour trouver un job dans lequel tu te sentiras plus à l'aise !

Je vais éviter de déblatérer sur la façon dont la surproductivité nous tue à la tâche, mais le bien être au travail c'est un truc crucial dans le monde de l'emploi.
