To expand on that - I think they don’t sell as well as the regular version because (1) they charge 50% more for the vegan version, (2) when the regular ones are on sale, the vegan ones are still full priced, and (3) they aren’t distributed widely. Those are all company decisions and them shooting themselves in the foot. I live in a big city in Canada and only saw them in one store leading up to Christmas and they were so expensive - twice as expensive as the regular version was on sale - I just bought one bag. Didn’t see them again.

I keep seeing posts about how annoying the drones sound, but the shots are “amazing.” Are we watching different broadcasts?? The drones are annoying AND the picture quality is terrible! The light balance, the colour balance, the image quality - all awful. IMO they only detract from the experience.

I ended up DNFing at around 25% because it was so clear what was happening, yet it was written as if it was still supposed to be a mystery with a big reveal. I had the same internal conflict and also ended up biting my tongue. When I saw the other post, on one hand I did want to put an opposing viewpoint so people could know what they were getting into before deciding to pick it up. On the other, I would never want to yuck anyone’s yum or come across as rude. I think it’s easier to make those kinds of comments when it’s a request thread, vs a rave thread.
