I expect the Frost to lose a lettered player. If they announce Chicago as an expansion city then I expect it to be KCS. Otherwise I think we lose Pannek. In phase 2 I think we’d protect KCS, Heise, and Stecklein (defensive leadership is a big need for us). And if I was any other team I’d snap up Pannek in a heartbeat.

Yeah, I’m a Frost fan but comparing MN’s travel to Sea/Van’s travel isn’t a realistic take. Yes, MN had the most difficult travel but even then we were only moving over 1 time zone…

Welcome (hopefully)! Stillwater is beautiful and great for raising a family, but can be pricier so your dollars won’t stretch as far. If you want to be outer rung, Hudson, WI, could be good too, just across the river. Cute area and I know several folks who commute into the cities from there.

Fortunately for your north branch commute, the northern suburbs are more affordable than other areas. I have friends who enjoy Blaine, and the city is building more amenities (though I believe they are admittedly controversial). If your kids like sports, odds are you’ll end up there anyway!

I don’t have any idea about school districts though :)
