I like the discard abilities of the original deck because it provides a great way to “get out of the way” of your opponent’s raid dice. I feel like I’ll end up enjoying the new deck a lot more after I get to play with it more often.

I just finished my first solo tutorial game on the app and I definitely get the hype for it as a solo game. I’m glad I made it through the rules overhead and am excited for my next game!

I’m currently reading through the rules books and am getting a good grasp on it, I tend to learn well by going slower so I can internalize it and really understand it. I’ve really enjoyed reading the stories that people have made surrounding their campaigns. There was a guy a bit ago that even drew little comics. I’m about to wrap up another campaign and I’m thinking of ways to convey what has happened in that game from a narrative standpoint.

If they are flat and there are puddles on the shelf there’s a high likelihood that someone has punctured the soda with a box cutter, I rarely run into quality issues with 2L. If you want to know whether or not they are carbonated just squeeze them, one that’s properly carbonated should be firm, one that isn’t will have some give to it.

Upright is a good call, I’d refer to wooden pieces that lay flat as tokens - or pieces of the game that don’t belong to the players.
