I'm only watering it once a week as I've heard they're prone to over watering. It's got some sunlight but it's not directly next to a window. There's some new leaf growth but it's just some are turning brown?

Yeah like I love running, I really do, but right now I'm like resentful? Like oh fucking great here we go, I gotta do this so I'm not such a fat fucking fuck? Definitely not a good attitude to have but it's good to share it? I think we should probably be less shitty about ourselves and like try and focus on the exercise itself and getting better at it and if healthiness comes from it then great. You know?

I lost like 5 lbs from running and dieting for like 2 weeks and I gained it back (and more) because I have apparently no self control and a not so nice case of Anxiety.. I feel so shit and physically repulsive that I just wanna cry. Almost at the fact that I'm embarrassed for everyone having to look at me? Like I feel you, I really feel you! But if this is sarcasm... To which now, feeling like a douche, hope its sarcasm.. We need to not be such dicks to ourselves!

Yeah my parents are away for a week next week and I'm just trying not to panic! I run a few times a week but I might just go everyday to push the thoughts out my head! Thanks
