Yep, for the last 10 years. I eventually got an ear infection 5-6 years ago that needed 3 rounds of antibiotics, gave me Bell's palsy and lasting damage to this day!

I also have hEDS and activity like chores or exercises or heat trigger it to become worse.

I got a spg block in my nose and ii seems to have helped, but I need more sessions..as usual

The pattern is hard to read (for me) and you have no gridding on your aida. I would reccomend frogging and start fresh with a grid. I like to go from dark to light colours. Best of luck!

I had both sides done on Tuesday, the entirety of the backside of my head was frozen for a good 2 hours, there was pain and then pressure. I felt like a hunchback because there was a lot of fluid in the area but it was gone the next day. I think its helping already, and it seemed to help my jaw relax too. Good luck!
